All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, accessibility, and scope of work. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if conditions differ significantly from the initial assessment.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive on time within the scheduled window. Weather conditions may require rescheduling of outdoor services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
You are responsible for ensuring access to all areas requiring service, including unlocking gates, moving vehicles, and securing pets. You should remove or secure any fragile items, outdoor decorations, or personal property that may be affected by water or cleaning solutions.
We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not properly secured.
